10 Ways I Lost 30 Pounds

In January of 2017, I started my weight loss journey. I know some of you may think that thirty pounds in two years isn’t a lot, but I have never been happier. In previous attempts to lose weight, I always set a date for myself, like, “I will lose X amount of pounds by June 1st” or “I will lose X amount of pounds by Christmas”.
